Happy Fall!Today I showcase my two sweet punkins with their two pumpkins...
Carys was so excited to get her pumpkins this weekend. I explained to her that we weren't going to cut them quite yet, but we could draw a face on the smaller pumpkin. She told me she wanted me to draw spooky face. So, there you have it. A smiling spooky-faced punkin.
She has a field trip coming up a local pumpkin patch - we are so excited. I remember going to a pumpkin farm each year after our family reunion and we would always buy Indian corn and pumpkins, as well as Snoopy and the Great Pumpkin yard decorations. My mom actually held onto the decorations for us - we used them a few years ago, but they got pretty damaged while in storage - so we have to start our collection over again.
If I had any wood-working skillz, I would make them myself. But, I don't. So, I can't.
She wanted to take the pumpkin to school....but that didn't happen
Gosh, she is so grown up. She picked out her own clothes this morning. I can't believe I have an almost 4 year old. I look at her sometimes and just wonder what she's going to be like in a few years. She's so smart. And funny. And sweet. I just want to gobble her up.
I bought her some new clothes recently & she quickly told me what she liked & didn't like. I had to convince her that she liked them all - but I can't get away with that much longer, I'm afraid. 
Don't you just want to squeeze them? I do!
And please excuse Cailyn's crazy hair. Her hair is going to be
just like Carys'...unruly. At least I'm semi-prepared this time around.

Sweet pictures!! I have been switching off days with Abby and her picking out her clothes. She gets one day, I get the next,lol! Unless it is a special day like pictures or something. It works well for us. On my day, I dress to to make CERTAIN that everyone knows it was Mommy's turn, lol!! They are growing up too fast girl. Makes me sad :( I am planning her 4th party already and I hate it!! Hate it I tell ya!! Well, love - hate because birthday parties are always fun right, lol!!
Remember the "I dressed myself" button for the days when she chooses that outfit that just won't do, and she won't take it off!
